Return and refund policy

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

  • To start a return, please contact us at help@luminasale.shop with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at help@luminasale.shop with photos of the item.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene or safety reasons, certain categories of products may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be stated on the product page when applicable.
